MendList Refund Policy
At MendList, we strive to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all our clients. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Credits for Cancellations
- If you cancel your appointment, the fee will be credited to your MendList account.
- No monetary refunds will be issued for cancellations.
2. Missed Appointments and Technical Issues
- No credits or refunds will be provided for missed appointments or technical issues that result in a missed session.
- We encourage you to test your connection and confirm your availability before your appointment.
3. Credit Expiration
- Credits issued for cancelled appointments will remain valid on your account for one (1) year from the date of issuance.
- After one year, any unused credits will be forfeited and cannot be reclaimed.
4. How to Use Your Credit
- Credits can be applied to future appointments with any provider on MendList.
- To use your credit, simply select it as your payment method when booking your next appointment.
